To register your school for the 48th Annual ODU Model United Nations Conference, 13-16 February 2025, please do the following:
- Download and review the Revised ODUMUNC Welcome Packet.
- After reviewing the registration packet, register your school online. You may also complete the registration form included in your packet and return to:

REMEMBER: To officially register your school, ODUMUN must receive both the registration form and initial school registration fee by the early or final registration deadlines. After receiving both registration and your school registration payment, delegation assignments will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form. ODUMUN is unable to issue assignments until both items are received.
The school registration fee is $75, due 6 December 2024. All other fees are due January 31, 2025.
Other fees:
- $75 each Delegation (General Assembly country)
- $75 each individual delegate
- $45 each additional Faculty Advisors, after the first free Faculty Advisor.
- $80 late registration surcharge, after December 6, 2024
Payments are accepted by check or credit card. Make checks payable to ODU Model United Nations. Credit card payments should be made on the website registration page.
To ensure your school's name badges are ready at registration, please use the link to fill out a form in which you can enter your delegates' names.
Name badge requests received by the 2 February 2025 submission deadline will have their name badges ready the day of the conference registration on 15 February 2025. If new name badge requests and/or additional requests are submitted to correct delegate assignments, name spellings, or for any other reason after the deadline, ODUMUN cannot guarantee name badges at conference registration.
Name badges directly reflect the information provided to us. Please ensure correct name spelling, represented country/organization/person, and committee. ODUMUN will reprint name badges for a fee after initial badges are distributed.
October 4, 2024: Early Registration |
To ensure the best country selections, ODUMUN must receive a complete registration form and $75 school registration fee by October 4, 2024. Please make checks payable to ODU Model United Nations. |
December 6, 2024: Final Registration & Fee |
A completed registration form and the school registration fee of $75 are due by December 6, 2024. Pay your conference fees ONLINE or by school check. An $80 late fee will be applied to all registrations received after December 6, 2024. |
January 31 2025: All payments due and request for refund deadline |
All remaining balances for delegates, delegations, additional faculty advisors, and late fees must be received by January 31, 2025. Pay your conference fees ONLINE or by school check. |
January 31 2025: Name badge request deadline |
Your school's final list of delegate and faculty advisor names for name badges are due by January 31, 2025. Submit your badge requests using the excel file sent to the faculty advisor(s) on file to ODUMUNC@gmail.com. Name Badge Request Form |
