A special meeting of the Old Dominion University Board of Visitors has been called by the Rector for the purpose of receiving a briefing from University leadership on the opening of campus. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at 12:30 PM.
Pursuant to § 4-0.01(g) of Chapter 1289 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly, the Committee will meet by electronic communication means, without a quorum and without any committee members physically assembled at one location, to discuss or transact business statutorily required or necessary to continue operations of the Board of Visitors and the discharge of its lawful purposes, duties and responsibilities.
